Strong Research Culture of SSN:
Research Culture is woven into every facet of education at SSN. Eleven departments of SSN CE are recognised as research centres for providing Ph. D degrees. They are EEE, ECE, CSE, IT, BME. Chemical, Mechanical, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and English. SSN CE has received many externally sponsored research projects from various agencies such as DST, DRDO, AICTE, MNRE, BRNS, IGCAR and a host of others.
